Shipping Policy
Casa Di Mosaico ships worldwide from our warehouses in the UK and Italy. Please read this policy alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Order Processing
Most mosaic tiles are held in stock and ready to ship. In-stock, non-customised items are typically dispatched within 1-3 weeks. Items that need to be ordered in from our suppliers can take 3-6 weeks. Custom blends and bespoke designs are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks from when you approve the final size, shape and colourway. The times above are the outer estimate - most orders ship sooner.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and the size/weight of your order:
| United Kingdom | Standard shipping from £75. Larger or heavier orders (e.g. multiple boxes/pallet quantities) are charged at our Heavy shipping rate. |
| European Union | Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by country and order size. Please contact us before ordering if you would like a delivery quote. |
| Rest of World | International shipping starts from £150, with tiered rates for larger orders. Contact us for a quote on bulk or trade orders. |
Exact rates are shown at checkout once your delivery address and order contents are confirmed. If you are ordering a large quantity for a commercial or trade project, please email or call us first for a bespoke shipping quote.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Delivery
Mosaic tiles are heavy and are shipped on pallets or in reinforced boxes depending on order size. Someone should be available to receive and check the delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or shortage.
